XP repair install to disable automatic restart?
Win XP Pro rebooting just before the welcome screen. On other occasions when i am able to login straight in without the above problem i occassionally get a Windows has recovered from a serious problem. This creates a minilog file, and sysdat.xml... which unfortunately tells me nothing. Anyone got any ideas?

When I turn off the ACPI function in BIOS, it just locked while booting. I tried to enter all the mode, including safe mode, but the problem remains. The next time it crashes, you will receive a BSOD instead of it rebooting. Write down the information exactly as it appears and post back here.
